Grants Review
Grassroots community sporting and recreation organisations are to be given greater and easier access to funding under new arrangements announced by the Minister for Recreation and Sport Tom Kenyon. The changes are in response to an extensive review of State Government sporting grants conducted earlier this year, the first since 2002.

SASI Awards
The impact of South Australian athletes, coaches and programs on the world wide sporting scene was celebrated during the 2011 SASI Awards held on Friday 9 December at the Morphettville Racecourse. World champions and emerging talent were among the winners with the preparation towards next year's London Olympics a constant theme throughout the event. 2012 Subaru Cycling Australia Track National Championships
26-29 January 2012 - Adelaide Super-Drome, State Sports Park, Main North Road, Gepps Cross. For those looking to sample further cycling action after the Tour Down Under, some of Australia's and the World's fastest bike riders will be in action.
