Performance Services - Strength & Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning (S&C) is a multidisciplinary field of sport science that deals with the supplemental physical preparation and conditioning of athletes to enhance the gains attainable from their sport-specific training.

SASI Strength & Conditioning is recognised through the Australian Sports Commission's National Sport Science Quality Assurance (NSSQA) Program as an accredited high performance S & C training and testing venue.

The primary roles of SASI S&C are to optimise gains in:
